01About ASAD FX

ASAD FX provides digital software products and creative assets for video editors and content creators, including plugins, presets, templates, SFX, LUTs, transitions, and other digital resources.

02Digital Products

All products sold through ASAD FX are digital products. No physical products are shipped.

03License

When you purchase an ASAD FX product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product according to the applicable product/license terms.

Unless explicitly permitted by ASAD FX, you may not:

• Resell the product
• Redistribute the original files
• Share license keys
• Upload the product files to public websites
• Make the product available for unauthorized download
• Claim the product as your own
• Use ASAD FX assets to create a competing asset library or product
• Circumvent license restrictions or technical protections

04Ownership

All ASAD FX plugins, software, presets, templates, graphics, documentation, branding, and other original materials remain the intellectual property of ASAD FX or their respective licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the customer.

05Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Checking software compatibility before purchase
• Maintaining compatible versions of required software
• Providing accurate purchase information
• Keeping license information secure
• Using products legally and responsibly

06Payments

Payments are processed through supported third-party payment providers. The payment provider may have its own terms, privacy policy, security procedures, and payment-processing requirements. A purchase is considered complete after successful payment confirmation.

07Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change. The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed during the applicable checkout process, subject to applicable taxes, payment-provider charges, promotions, or discounts.

11Prohibited Use

You may not use ASAD FX products or website for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

12Third-Party Software

Some ASAD FX products may require third-party software such as Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro. Such software is not owned or provided by ASAD FX unless expressly stated. Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own valid licenses for required third-party software.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASAD FX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
