Refund & Return Policy

01Digital Products

All ASAD FX products are delivered digitally. There are no physical products to return.

02Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a verified payment error
• You purchased the same product more than once accidentally
• The purchased product is technically defective and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period
• A refund is otherwise required under applicable law

03Compatibility

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for checking the product's stated compatibility with their version of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, operating system, and required software.

A refund will not normally be issued solely because:

• The customer did not check compatibility before purchase
• The customer does not know how to use the software
• The customer's computer does not meet the stated requirements
• The customer changes their mind after downloading or accessing the product
• The customer expected features that were not advertised

If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before purchasing.

04Technical Problems

If you experience a technical problem, contact our support team first. Please provide:

• Your order information
• Product/license information
• Description of the problem
• Relevant screenshots or error messages
• Your Adobe software version where applicable

We will make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

05Refund Request

To request a refund, contact us by email. Please include:

• Name
• Order ID
• Email used for purchase
• Reason for the refund
• Relevant evidence or screenshots where applicable

06Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment channel used for the transaction, where supported by the payment provider. Payment-provider processing times may vary.

07Chargebacks

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact ASAD FX so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be investigated and may result in license suspension.
